The 614 Company is a family owned and operated entity, primarily engaged in the ownership and management of commercial real estate. The real estate includes mixed use, office, retail, industrial, and parking facilities, which are principally self-managed by the Company. In addition, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Real Estate Strategies LLC is engaged on a fee basis to assist in the analysis, strategy and implementation of commercial real estate matters on behalf of third party clients.

Sue has been with The 614 Company since 1982. Sue spends her time away from the office on golf courses across the country. Don’t ask what her handicap is.
SCOTT
Scott has been in the commercial real estate industry in various capacities for over 39 years. The last 13 years have been with The 614 Company. In his spare time Scott enjoys playing golf and traveling whenever possible.
MIKE
Mike has been in commercial Real Estate for over 20 years. He has managed commercial properties for closely held families and institutional investors, and assisted clients in purchasing, selling, leasing, as well as managing construction projects. In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his family.
BOB
Bob has been with and running The 614 Company for 40+ years. When not in Minneapolis, Bob enjoys spending time equally between Arizona and Northern California.
