Conceived by Elizabeth Quinlan to be the “Perfect Gem” in downtown Minneapolis, The Young Quinlan Building opened its doors for business in 1926. With its Old World grace and elegance, it quickly became a landmark in the heart of the city. In 1985, the iconic Young Quinlan Building had outlived its original purpose and fallen on hard times.

That year The 614 Company took possession of the building, likely saving it from the wrecking ball. A four year meticulous renovation returned the building to its majestic  beauty, while creatively managing  new space design and technology requirements. As a glorious tribute to Elizabeth Quinlan, the downtown Minneapolis building has become a highly successful venue for both office and retail users.
